Mr. T says being naked is wrong, and Mr. T knows the law better than anyone!

Mr. T vs Cats

"Hahaha!"

submission: Mr. T vs Cats

Nothing else matters, this was just too silly to comprehend. Thank you for creating this. Perhaps better visuals and gathering pictures of Mr. T with different facial expressions. Yes I know it's alot to ask seeing as how Mr. T is the worst actor in the world and probably couldn't muster up anything beyond anger, indifference, or indifferent and slightly annoyed. He couldn't change his expression if a flaming pike impaled 5 kittens and ended its speeding journey half way through Mr. T's shin. Just great. Thank you A-Team!

Carl's Half Hour of Fun

"Awful."

date: June 23, 2005

It was good, but with a few exceptions:

The voices sucked.
Severe lack of humor.
The characters were horrfic and fetal position inducing.
I don't think any other combination of colors could be more abrasive.
The animation was clumsy at best.
I was hoping it would be shorter.
The fact that pieces like this can not only be contemplated but executed as well makes me wish there was a medical operation available for aborting ideas forcefully.

You hate your audience don't you? That was awful.

Author's Response:

I wish we spent less time on the voices. If we used regular microphones and recorded to the computer, it would've ended up being not only smaller, but better. Furthermore, it would left more time for working on the project. I apologize for all problems in this particular 'Carl'. If the .fla file still existed, I would try and redo it.
This TV ARTs project was meant to be both longer, and shorter, if that makes sense. If we had the time, it might have looked better.
I've sorely learnt my lesson from this one, and although I'm surprised this wasn't blammed too, at least work was put into it.
The humour was 'inside', so I am sorry you don't find it funny. It was hilarious at the place and time.

The Getaway: Driving Game

"Suprised."

date: June 23, 2005

Wow, another fun little game. I love games with tight visuals, the car image was pretty static, but it really didn't matter because it was fun overall. I was going to bitch about the game dynamics, but then I decided I just suck at this game. Good job.

Kick@$$

"I liked it."

submission: Kick@$$

That was great artwork! Now if you just work on making the cursor fit the theme, it could be even better! Maybe make his wounds weep a bit, some more appropriate sounds whenever you trounce his face into ground beef...I really enjoyed it anyway. Overall , a nice solid 8.

Link vs Darklink

"I like it but....."

submission: Link vs Darklink
date: June 23, 2005

I can see why this was recognized. The animation, music, and backgrounds were superb. There were two things that bothered me though:
1)The concept of Zelda wasn't followed faithfully with Link transforming...why can't he just kick ass without taking after a DBZ character?(yeah, that's how it came off)
2)The character designs are subpar, and it's a damn shame too. It looked like you tried to make up for it with persuasive anime-esque shadows, but Link/Dark Link looked about as impressive as crayon graffiti in an elementary school stall. Damn shame.
I can only hope you further develope your basic character designs so it's not so destracting. I can see you making bigger leaps in the future, for sure.

Ryo the ninja KID

"Job well done!"

submission: Ryo the ninja KID

I must say I really think you have potential to make something that thoroughly surpasses other mediocre submissions. I acknowledge your talent and want to make two very important suggestions:
1) More perspectives, this seemed like it could have blown ANY viewer away if it had a plethora of perspectives (really watch your own toon and watch a stick flash, the video game-y side scrolling perspective has had a couple of decades to become obsolete, so expand! You have the talent!)
2) I was going to bitch about the music, but it actually went with it. Sort of light hearted feel.
Just imagine characters at different angles; Hollywood has been using this relatively simple method since the conception of the action movie. It could really work for you, if you choose to put in the extra effort. The perspectives alone would add SO much to your next project! Good luck, and I hope you take more than a passing glance at my little comment.

"Pretty."

submission: -FILLED-

Tight. Stimulating. Cube. Squares. Mutation. You have a better grasp of this kind of art than most artists who aspire to achieve dynamic visuals such as this could ever hope to. Thoroughly impressed. I really hope you have more in the works.
